Conference on Analogical Modeling of Language (AML): March 2000

In 2000 a conference was held on BYU that discussed AM and similar modeling approaches. Information relative to the conference can be found here.

AM class: Fall 1998

In the Fall 1998 semester Royal Skousen taught a class on Analogical Modeling to a BYU group of combined undergraduate and graduate students, primarily from the Department of Linguistics and the Department of English. It included a survey of AML modeling theory and practice and required students to carry out a research project using AML to model some aspect of language use.
