| Our daughter, Lily, is an adopted child from China. She was ten months old when we got her so she spoke no Chinese although she was propably familiar with the Chinese sounds. She has now learned a few words of English, although while in Switzerland this summer she consistently recognized several Swiss German words and even now says "Ja, Ja" for yes. |
