Biography: Duanran Fan is a world-renowned Professor of Calligraphy. He has been teaching Chinese Calligraphy at Brigham Young University since 2001. He has taught at the Yunnan Arts Institute in Kunming, China since 1982 and teaches courses on the History and Theories of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting. He has a passion for teaching and helping students understand the cultural importance and value of Chinese Calligraphy.
