Kimberly Johnson Named Guggenheim Fellow
Apr 7, 2011Dr. Johnson's fellowship was awarded on the basis of her "prior achievement and exceptional promise," according to the Guggenheim Foundation's Board of Trustees. 180 Fellows were appointed, from a group of nearly 3,000 applicants. Historically, Fellows have gone on to win Nobel, Pulitzer, and other prizes, and acclaim in diverse fields in the arts, humanities, and sciences.
