Alcuin Fellow Kristin Matthews

Professor Matthews' students find her classroom the ideal synthesis of openness and rigor—in short, a place where true learning takes place.  Professor Matthews serves as director of the American Studies program, curated last  year's "At War!" with the Museum of Art and organized its accompanying conference, and  contributes to several campus organizations.
