Calling for Mandarin speakers of all levels. Come compete in the long standing BYU tradition of the Chinese Speech Contest. There is also a music category for those who would like to sing their Chinese instead of speak. Along with this year's competition we will also be celebrating the year of the snake for Chinese New Year. Sponsored by the BYU Chinese Club the New Year's celebration will include food, activities, drawings and lots of fun Chinese New Year's traditions. Even if you are not competing you are welcome to attend in support of others and participate in the New Year's activities.
