Extending Your Russian provides advanced Russian learners with a wealth of resources and tools to practice, maintain, and improve all aspects of speaking Russian. One of the most common but difficult challenges that face those learning foreign languages is once having gained the knowledge and skill how one maintains it. Classes in school can take one only so far and once they are exhausted practice is still needed to keep it active in ones memory. This project is now allowing people use their language skills in their own homes on a regular basis. There are native speakers available for conversation, passages to read and gain help understanding, passages for translation, and even videos to watch and listen to. They are giving people a new and wonderful opportunity.
