Most participants will be arriving and departing from Salt Lake International Airport, which is about an hour's drive from BYU. Those renting cars and driving should be aware that construction along I-15 (the highway between Provo and Salt Lake) can result in delays or detours; see this site for further information.

Reservations: Should be made 24 hours in advance, and may be made in various ways. You can call their Provo number (801) 375-5533 or their toll-free numbers (800) 397-0773 or (877) 2SHUTTLE, or fax them your reservation at (801) 531-7882 (address faxes to Becky). They also have two websites ( http://www.xpressshuttle.com/salt_lake_city.html and http://www.xpressshuttleutah.com ) for further information, though the on-line reservation option is not yet implemented. There are email options available in the "Contact" section of both websites. For reservations, they want to also receive all your flight info (airline, date and time of arrival, city of flight's origin) so they can double-check arrangements.
Their booth is located in the Salt Lake International Airport behind the baggage claims. Shuttles leave there on a regular basis at half past every hour from 5:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. (a half hour after midnight). For making reservations for transportation from Provo back to the airport give them the information regarding your flight's departure time and date and they can make arrangements accordingly. Pick-up in Provo is usually around 2 or 3 hours before the flight's departure.
