PROVO (Oct. 27, 2016)—The German Department hosted Deutschfest this month, providing students with a chance to learn about the German major and minor, internship and study abroad opportunities, foreign language housing at the German House and membership in the German Club.
Attendees also enjoyed three selections from the German Choir, whose performance anticipated this December’s annual Adventsingen. Students posed with cutouts of German and Austrian historical figures, such as Martin Luther, Beethoven, and Marie Antoinette, ate German delicacies and participated in drawings for German-themed prizes.
