Critical theory, Philosophy, Religion
I teach to explore with students the linguistic and cultural environment that shapes our experience. An environment that is so ever-present we often overlook its presence. I research the point of convergence and generation between law and religion. Specifically how Islamic law is an idiom by which this convergence is described. Teaching at a university is a critical means of engaging in discourse about where we came from and where we are heading. N/ATeaching Experience
