Teaching Experience

I teach to help students progress in knowledge, confidence, and capability. I received the Adjunct Faculty Professional Contributions Award, College of Humanities, BYU 2020; FWA Adjunct Award of the Year (out of 500 women adjuncts at BYU), 2019; Outstanding ESL Adjunct, Utah Valley University, 2016; HUMANITIES+ Award, College of Humanities, BYU 2014.


I am interested in experiential learning, the power of internships, and English language history and grammar.
